Terms of Service
Payment made in two installments
A 50% deposit is required after our initial contact before we can begin work on your site.
50% is due upon delivery of the site by FTP, SFTP or ZIP archive.
We will refund your entire deposit if you decide not work with us within the first 48 hours.
No refunds will be made after 48 hours
We include one free revision within 30 days after delivery should you not be completely satisfied.
You may upgrade a package design at any time during the process of building your site.
WordPress Basic or Gold package design limitations
Package customization is limited to use of the WordPress control panel, predefined theme options and plugin functions already installed on the server.
The following are not included in our Basic or Gold packages built with WordPress:

- php coding or code alteration
- a background image
- changes to site colors other than those already available in the theme control panel
Work for Hire
Design consultations, site administration, page or site designs beyond the scope of the WordPress based Basic or Gold packages hosted on our servers are custom work. Final delivery represents our best effort within the constraints set by the customer. Unless we contract to do work on a fixed price basis, all work shall be billed by the hour.
Domain services
We are not responsible for transfer of domains registered or hosted by others, nor can we intervene in conflicts between website owner and registrant or other third parties. See ICANN for information on these services.
We cannot FTP (load) your site onto a server other than our own without the username and password. Should this not be available, we will deliver the site files to the customer in a ZIP archive via email. It is then the customer’s responsibility to update their own site content.
Other
We are not responsible for any activities beyond our control such as server crashes due to backbone disruptions, hosting facility damage, Acts of God, changes of government or political unrest, etc.
Our hosting provider takes reasonable care to have our servers maintained at all times. The facility is equipped with 24/7 UPS backup power and redundant backbone connections. Your site will be up and running as soon as possible should there be a crash.
In-person visits and photo sessions are limited to the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
We are not responsible for website content. By court order, we will cooperate with the authorities in the event illegal content is posted.
Customer agrees to hold us harmless should any disputes arise.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment of your deposit constitutes agreement to these terms.
